Indenture tripartite, between Stephen Day, of Spalding, chapman, and Jane, his wife, who when sole was called Jane Christopher, of the first part, John Hollingworth, of Swineshead, gentleman, and Henry Everard, of Spalding, scrivener, of the second part, and John Massey, of Holbeach, yeoman, by which Stephen and Jane Day direct Hollingworth and Everard to mortgage to Massey, for £200, the premises (mentioned in the lease and release of the 30 and 31 October 1729).
