Memorandum, of agreement between Edward Palmer, gentleman, and Joseph Pare, of Bourn, by which Palmer, on behalf of the College, undertakes to make before 10 October next a lease to Pare of the rectory of Thurlby, late in the tenure of Richard Hubbard, deceased, for a term of 8 years from 10 October 1786, and Pare undertakes to pay by the same date £1550.
