Philip Fonnereau, Peterborough, to the Provost concerning the proposed enclosure of the common fields and fens of Thurlby, where the College has the great tythes. "Lord Exeter, Sir Gilbert Heathcote and others, the principal proprietors, are consenting, and Mr Parker whose daughter I married being one of them desires I will write to you, to know if you have any objection to such improvement."
