Richard A Knowles, Thurlby, to the Provost, with details of the proposed enclosure. The management of the affair has been left by Lord Baxter, Sir Gilbert Heathcote and Mr Parker in the hands of Mr Pochin, a gentleman of fortune at Bourn and one of the chief proprietors.
