Benjamin Smith, Horbling near Falkingham, to Rev William Roberts, Eton College, writing on behalf of the proprietors of estates in Thurlby, who intend to apply to Parliament in the next session for an Enclosure Act, to ask the College as tythe owners the terms on which they will consent to discharge the estates from tythes.
