Counterpart of release, by the Provost and College to Richard Blunte, gentleman, Ambrose Butler, of Appeltree, co. Northants, gentleman and Mary Butler, his wife, of all actions they may have against them in respect of an assignment of the premises, dated 2 February last, by Richard Blunte, who by the death of Elizabeth Blunte had been the sole proprietor of the foregoing lease.
