Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of the foregoing, to Thomas Boniface, of Yapton, co. Sussex, yeoman, of the rectory of Climping. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £6 12s and 8 quarters of wheat and 3 quarters of malt.
