Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to John Boniface, of Climping, yeoman, son and devisee of Thomas Boniface, deceased, of the rectory of Climping. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £6 12s and 576 gallons of wheat and 216 gallons of malt.
