Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, for £682 3s and the surrender of the foregoing, to John Boniface the younger, of Ford, co. Sussex, yeoman, and Joseph Long, of Shopwick or Shepwick in Ooing, yeoman, of the rectory of Climping. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £6 12s and 576 gallons of wheat and 216 gallons of malt, together with £13 11s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
