Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, for £784 16s 2d and the surrender of the foregoing, to John Boniface, of the rectory of Climping. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £6 12s and 576 gallons of wheat and 216 gallons of malt, together with £13 11s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
