Memorandum of surrender by Ralph Stone, of Bledlowridge, butcher, by the hands of Edward Bigg and John Stevens, of a messuage called Bottom farm house with closes called Coomes Hills, Middlecrofts, Homeclose, Highfeild, Palmer's Hill Acre, Nimings, Great Seare Hill, Little Seare Hill, Bancroft and Nashcroft, and 2 yard lands of wood, to the use of Dorothy Ives, of Cheping Wycombe, widow. If he shall pay £630 by 4 July 1713, the surrender shall be void.
