Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Addams, by the hands of Thomas Heyborne and James Gomme, of all his lands lying dispersed in the common fields of Wadsdon, containing 1 yard land, and a messuage, and a close and orchard adjoining, to the use of his son, Thomas Addams, and of Elizabeth Rise, daughter of Ralph Rise of Warmstone in Wadsdon, in consideration of a marriage to be had between them. If the same be not solemnised by 10 September next, this surrender shall be void.
