Content description
Admission, at a court on 14 April 1719 held before Henry Proctor, esq., steward, in the presence of Richard Sleech, one of the fellows, of Sarah Brooks, widow of Thomas Brooks, to a cottage called the Ford, adjoining the Ford river on the north and east and the orchard of James Walker on the west, and 3 acres, viz. 2 acres in le Middle Northfield in the furlong called Lockindowne furlong, abutting on Lockindowne Hedge, and the other acre in le Upper Northfield in Brookfurlong, abutting on le Ford river on the south and west; which the said Thomas by his will had surrendered, by the hands of William Stevens and Thomas Walker, for her use.
