Memorandum of surrender by William Mountegue, of Halton, yeoman, by the hands of James Stevens and Edward Sale, of a messuage with its appurtenances, to the use of John Hill of Bledlowridge, yeoman. The surrender shall be void if Mountegue pays Hill £41 on the day mentioned in a bond of 14 October 1724.
