Memorandum of surrender by James Turner, by the hands of John Bigg and James Stevens, of his copyhold messuages in which Edward Rance lately dwelled, with the orchard belonging and about 5 1/2 acres of arable or grass land, to the use of his (Turner's) last will; with the right to revoke the surrender before the next court.
