Memorandum of surrender by Joseph Stevens, of Puttenham, co. Herts, husbandman, by the hands of James Stevens and James Gomme, of a cottage, and a close of meadow or pasture called Bushshe close, containing 2 acres, to the use of his wife Elizabeth, with remainder to his son Joseph Stevens.
