Memorandum of surrender by Henry Turner, by the hands of James Stevens and William Eustace, of a cottage in which Thomas Cossenden dwells with its appurtenances and an orchard of about 1 acre, and 2 acres in Perryfeild, 2 1/2 acres in Hennfeild, 1 1/2 acres in Reddfeild, 2 acres in South or Whites feild, and all other his copyhold lands, to the uses stated in his last will, provided that he may revoke the same before the next court.
