Memorandum of surrender by Edward Sale, yeoman, by the hands of Edward Stevens and Stephen Gomme, of a messuage which he bought from the daughters of William Costard, with a close of arable adjoining containing 3 acres and 17 other acres (fully described) in Southfield, Westfield, Lower Winyard and Upper, Middle and Lower North Field, to the uses of his last will provided that he may revoke the same before the next court.
