Memorandum of surrender by Samuel Whitebread, of Southill, co. Bedford, esq., before William Frogatt, steward, of 2 acres of arable in a close formerly called Hank Furlong and 4 acres in a meadow formerly called North Mead, to the use of Robert Lord Carrington, of Upton, co. Notts.
Signatures of Whitbread and Frogatt and of Henry Williams and John Darvill, who presented the same on 17 August 1801.
A note is attached of Whitbread's admission on 1 October 1789.
