Memorandum of surrender by John Harris, by the hands of Henry Williams and James Stevens, of a messuage and 5 acres of meadow called Nine Acres, and a messuage and 3 closes called Heydons containing 20 acres, to the use of Richard Loosley, of Summerleys in Princes Risborough, yeoman. If he shall pay £70 on 24 March next, the surrender shall be void.
Signatures of Harris, Williams and Stevens, and of Williams, John Ing and William Fryday, who presented the same on 29 October 1813.
Attached is a warrant, 13 March 1818, by William Loosley, to the steward to enter satisfaction on the rolls for £70 with interest secured by the foregoing.
