Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Britnell, of Bledlow Ridge, yeoman, by the hands of William Dunn, gent., and Thomas Spiers, esq., of a cottage to which he was admitted on 27 October 1806, with two allotments containing 1 rood 5 perches and 17 perches (described), to the use of Henry Osborne, of Chilton, grazier, for the further securing of the repayment of £200 with interest lent to Thomas Britnell and his brother Jonah, secured by a bond and a mortgage. If Britnell shall pay the sum on 5 October next, the bond shall be void.
