Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Britnell, of Bledlow Ridge, yeoman, by the hands of William Dunn, gent., and Thomas Spiers, esq., of a cottage to which he was admitted on 27 October 1806, with two allotments containing 1 rood 5 perches and 17 perches (described), to the use of Henry Osborne, of Chilton, grazier, for the further securing of the repayment of £200 with interest lent to Thomas Britnell and his brother Jonah, secured by a bond and a mortgage. If Britnell shall pay the sum on 5 October next, the bond shall be void.
Mark of Britnell and signatures of Dunn and Spiers, and of Jos. Jas. Harper and James Stevens, who presented the same on 14 October 1815.
