Content description
Memorandum of surrender by James Stevens, baker, for £200, by the hands of James Stevens, farmer, and John Cowden, of all messuages etc. to which he was admitted on 22 August 1803, to the use of William Swaines, husbandman. If he shall pay £200 with interest on 21 December next, this surrender shall be void.
Signatures of Stevens, Stevens and Cowden, and of William Darvill and Thomas Britnell, who presented the same on 6 October 1831.
