Memorandum of surrender by Joseph James Harper, esq., in pursuance of a covenant, by the hands of Thomas and Jonah Britnell, of 1 acre 1 rood 8 perches, part of a close lately called Craw Field but now part of a field called Long Close, allotted to Harper in lieu of lands to which he was admitted on 27 October 1812, to the use of Thomas Witts Walford, of Uxbridge, gent., and Charles Hertslet, of Northumberland Street in the parish of St. Martin's in the Fields, gent., upon the trusts specified in the indenture of covenant.
