Memorandum of surrender by James Stevens, baker, by the hands of John Stevens and John Harris, for £100, of a messuage, and a close of meadow containing 1 acre 1 rood and an allotment in Southfield containing 1 acre 5 poles (described) with the newly erected cottage thereon, to the use of Archibald White, of Chepping Wycombe, gent. If he shall pay £100 with interest on 26 November next, this surrender shall be void.
