Admission, at a General Court Baron, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., deputy of John Greathed Harris, esq., of William Sale, son of Edward Sale, deceased, to the reversion of divers lands and tenements. By his will of 13 April 1811 the said Edward had bequeathed the premises to his wife Sarah for her life, desiring her to release her right and dower in the estate which he lately sold to William Dunn of Chinnor, co. Oxford, with remainder to his sons Edward and William Sale. The son Edward died on 15 October 1828 intestate. William is his heir at law and is admitted to the reversion, upon the death of Sarah, now Sarah Cooper, of a moiety of a cottage, now converted into two cottages, with a close of arable near the church in Bledlow, now in the occupations of John Mead and James Towers, and a moiety of the premises which has descended to him by the death of his brother, Edward. And surrender by William, for £100 paid to him by John Brooks, baker, of all the premises to the use of the said Brooks.
