Memorandum of surrender by William Carthew, of Bicester, co. Oxford, cutler, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., steward, at his house in the Lower Ward of Windsor Castle, for £1100, of a messuage in Waddesdon, and the Home Close adjoining, containing 7 acres, and a plot of ground, containing 17 acres 3 roods 13 perches, and a plot containing 1 rood 5 perches, to which he was admitted on 24 November 1836, to the use of William Mason, of Waddesdon, horse dealer.
