Memorandum of surrender by William Britnell, yeoman, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., steward, for £113:7s:6d, of a cottage and garden at Bledlow Ridge, containing 26 perches, and 3 small allotments containing 1 rood 37 perches, to which he was admitted on 8 February 1847, to the use of Jonah Britnell, yeoman, his son. If he shall pay £113:7s:6d with interest on 25 May, this surrender shall be void.
