Memorandum of surrender by Julia Lipscombe, of Chinnor, co. Oxford, spinster, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., steward, for £100, of a moiety of Cutter's Close containing 4 acres (described), to which she was admitted on 26 November 1850, to the use of James White, of Chinnor, hay and corn dealer.
