Memorandum of surrender by James Walton, farmer, (by his attorney), before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, for £250 paid, at the direction of James Walton, by William Clarke, farmer, to Cranley Benjamin Britnell, late of Chinnor by now of Long [...], co. Bucks, baker, and Matilda, his wife, of a messuage etc. as in ECR 46 285, the premises having been formerly in the occupation of [...] Brooks, the said Walton and [...] Goodchild, and being now unoccupied, to which Walton was admitted on 22 May 1861. To the use of William Clarke.
