Memorandum of surrender by Frederick Mason, of Waddesdon, farmer, and Alfred Mason, of High Street, Chatham, co. Kent, draper's assistant, before John Durham, gent., deputy steward, for £250, of a piece of ground at Waddesdon (described) containing 7 acres, to which they had been admitted on 15 June 1870, to the use of Caroline Durham, of Dunstable, co. Bedford, spinster. If they pay £250 with interest on 20 September next, the surrender shall be void.
