Memorandum of surrender by John Brooks, farmer and miller, before Daniel Clarke, of High Wycombe, gent., deputy steward, for £1000, of a messuage and water corn mill with the mill pond and outhouses, and a parcel of land containing 6 acres 1 rood 12 perches, to which he had been admitted on 7 November 1877, to the use of William Olliff, of Little Missenden, farmer. If he shall pay £1000 with interest by 28 June next, the surrender shall be void.
