Memorandum of surrender by Jesse Goodchild, late of Bledlow, now of Old Compton Street, London, furniture dealer, before Daniel Clarke, of High Wycombe, gent., deputy steward, for £240 of a cottage with an orchard (tenants named), to which he was admitted on 6 July 1869, to the use of Samuel Grange, farmer.
Signatures of Goodchild and Clarke, and of William Clarke and John Brooks, who presented the same at a court on 6 November 1878.
