Memorandum of surrender by Frederick and Alfred Mason, before Aston Tindal, of Aylesbury, gent., deputy steward, for £2000, of two moieties of a messuage with a close and 17 acres 3 roods 13 perches and 10 cottages (described, names of tenants) in Waddesdon, to which they were admitted 15 June 1870, to the use of Henry Wootton, of Aylesbury, saddler.
If they shall pay £2000 with interest on 18 October next, the surrender shall be void.
