Appointment by Theodora Louisa Sparrow, of Cooper's Hill in High Ongar, co. Essex, widow, of John Nash, of Chepping Wycombe, co. Bucks, gentleman, as her attorney to be admitted tenant to a messuage and two orchards at Bledlow Ridge and divers lands (described, places named being Home Field, Blicks Close, Sprigg Field, the Dean, the Nether Field, Nether Field Hill, Tom's Hill, Home Field Wood, Sprigg Field Shaw, Nether Field Shaw, Blick's Wood, Tom's Hill Shaw), all formerly in the occupation of William Wooster and now if Henry Gibbons, and devised to the said Theodora by the will of the Rev Thomas Pennington, deceased, her father.
