Content description
J J Harper, to the Rev Mr Roberts, bursar. "As the children of the late colonel Badcock, your lessee, are now of age, they do not consider it necessary to emply an agent in the management of the estate at Bledlow. I therefore think it would be prudent on the part of the College to give them notice not to cut down any timber for repairs without obtaining the consent of the College..." Several trees have been cut down.
