Writ to the sheriff of Oxford of distringas upon thirty five jurors (named), and of habeas corpora at Westminster at Michaelmas or at the Oxford assizes on the first Monday after the feast of St James, in the suit William Hyde, esquire, and Edmund Appowell, alias William Hyde of Densworth, co. Berks, esquire, and Edmund Apowell of New Windsor, co. Berks, plaintiffs, and Thomas Bonard, late of Hynton, co. Oxford, husbandman, in a plea of debt in the Common Pleas.
