Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to the said Mary Holloway, widow and Mary Holloway, then spinster, now wife of Charles Hoskins, of Witney, gentleman, being daughter and devisee named in the will of the said John Holloway, deceased, to the said Mary and Charles, and Mary of the site of the rectory or parsonage of Cogges, co. Oxford, with all lands pertaining thereto and all rents and pensions from the late suppressed abbeys of Evesham, Osney and St Frydeswydes in Oxford, and a fulling mill there. Excepting courts leets and the perquisites of the same, and all great trees, and one chamber with a little yard adjoying, which shall be the dwelling place of the chaplain or curate for the time being. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent 45s and one boar or 20s and 18 quarters of what and 7 quarters of malt or their money equivalent.
