Content description
Licence to the parishioners of Eton to grant in frankalmoign any of their lands to the Provost and College of Eton or to the finding of any light before the high altar or any image in the church of Eton or to the maintenance of any service there.
And licence for the college to receive the same.
Witnesses: The archbishop of Canterbury, the bishops of Salisbury and Chichester, the dukes of Gloucester, Exeter and Buckingham, the marquesses of Dorset and Suffolk, the earls of Salisbury and Shrewsbury, the viscount Beaumont, Sir Ralph Cromwell and Sir Ralph Botiller, Knights.
Westminster.

The Great Seal, green wax, on plaited blue and white silk cords and gold thread.
Decorative penwork on top line.
