Indenture of receipt by William Westbury, Provost from the prior of Modbury of 10 marks for the farm of his priory for Michaelmas last by the hands of William Henxton.
The seal of Westbury, oval, 15 x 13mm, red wax, on tongue. Armorial, the College arms. Above the shield an angel's head full face and shoulders, with the upper part of wings. A legend.
