Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Matthew Bust, of Eton, gentleman, upon surrender of a lease to Robert Wawe, of Wedon Beake, gentleman, and Leonard Clifford, of the same, yeoman, of two houses now in his tenure in Wedon Beake, one of them on the town green and the other on a parcel of ground between two furlongs called Greate Wheatehills and Little Wheatehills, also those parcels of ground called Rigles Way, Lewespen Way, Smythes Meade, the Towne Hadland, Debdale Way, and Monkeford Way in Weedon Beake. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 12d and a peck of wheat and half a bushel of malt or their money equivalent.
