Indenture of lease for their lives by William Deveros, Knight, to Robert le Wakare of Bromyord and John, Joan and Maud, his children, of a messuage and a virgate of land in Muntrich (Mintridge, co. Devon) which Roger de Muntrich and Walter Fremon once held. Rent 16s ¾d with suit of court and heriot at the death of the last of them. The lessee to maintain and repair a house and a stone chamber (cameram lapideam). With warranty.
