Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Robert Hamond, the elder, and Robert Hamond, the younger, gentleman, of their moiety of the manor of Pirton, co. Herts, with the two woods called Odingsell woods, except all great trees. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £14 4s 5d and 10 quarters 5 bushels 2 pecks of wheat and 14 quarters 2 bushels of malt or their money equivalent and 20 good wether sheep or 6s 8d for each of such sheep and one good boar of 33s 4d.
