A transcript of the exemplification, at the instance of William Day, clerk, by the Keepers of the Libertie of England by authority of Parliament of a record among the common matters of Hillary term 1659 on the Memoranda Roll of the First Remembrancer viz. of an inquisition taken at Oxford on Thursday after St Matthias 15 Edward III (1 March 1341) concerning the nones of corn, wool and lambs, granted to the King in 14 Edward III, which for the church of Mapledoram were worth 12 marks and not more as the rector had for the endowment of his church a carucate of land with 40s a year and the hay belonging to the church was worth 20s.
