Draft or copy of petition from the Provost and Fellows of Eton, to the Archbishop, of Canterbury on behalf of Mr William Day, incumbent of the church of Mapledurham, that he will recommend Day to the Judges and Barons of the Exchequer in which he has a suit depending for the regaining of the rights of the church. Day's petition to the Archbishop is enclosed in which he asks for a recommendation to the Commissioners for Concealments.
