William Day v. Walter Blount, Richard Fletcher, Griffin Kirsel, William Turner, et al., concerning tythes.
Order by the Remembrancer of the Exchequer, at the request of Mr Atkins, counsel for the plaintiff, that depositions in two former suits viz between the now plaintiff and Sir Charles Blount, father of the now defendant in 16 Charles I and between the now parties in 1656, made by used in the present case, unless cause is shewn to the contrary by Friday next.
