In the Exchequer.
William Day v. Walter Blount, Richard Fletcher, Griffin Kirsel, William Turner, et al., concerning tythes.
Order that unless the defendants shew cause to the contrary the second Thursday of Easter term, all the tythes and the arrears thereof from Michaelmas 1655 shall be decreed for the plaintiff. In the meantime the defendants are to pay the plaintiff £5 for his costs.
