Transcript by William Day of a document among the muniments of Eton College, viz. a notarial copy, dated 8 November 1480, of the agreement of 1225 between the nuns of Claro Rivo and Geoffrey de Chausey, and of the grant of Hugh de Gurnaco to the said nuns of all the lands and tenements in Mapledurham that they had from his father, together with pasture for 8 oxen, and of the grant of 6 July 1238 by Geoffrey de Chausey, son and heir of Geoffrey de Chausey, to the said nuns of all the gifts of his father.
