Walter Blount, to William Day, in answer to a letter of his of 5 April proposing to refer their difference to two lawyers but without prejudice to any suit begun or to be begun by Day. Blount is quite agreeable, but, "if you have already begun a suite lett ye law end itt". "Sword and dagger is quite out of fashion amongst gents".
