Content description
Depositions by Simon Hyot, William Nycoll and Robert Baylly. To the first article they say that the tenants of Elmeley and Critsoo did not have any common in a waste called Overassham Wode for the whole time of John Cheyne, Knight, and of John Cheyne, knight, his son, and when be escape they made any trespass thereon, they were attached and sued at Bekford and found pledges and were amerced as appears more fully in the rolls of the court there.
