William Tooke, Gray's Inn, to the Rev George Bethell enclosing opinion of W E Taunton, Serjeants Inn, of 17 January, concerning frontage land at Haverstock Hill occupied by Mr Rhodes. Tooke has laid the case before Mr Shadwell and awaits his opinion.
Sends also a copy of a letter from Mr Shaw, of 21 January, stating the unreasonable amount of the valuation of the surveyor for the Road trustees.
